The People Co. / Develop Jobs is seeking a confident, customer-facing Product Developer located in the United Kingdom. This role involves leading the development of new products from concepts to factory implementation. Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in food manufacturing, with strong skills in project management and legislation compliance.
The successful candidate will manage critical paths to ensure product launches are on time and within budget, while also working collaboratively across teams. A degree in Food Science or similar is preferred.
