The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned works in occupied and void social housing properties, delivering refurbishments to a high standard while maintaining excellent communication with residents.

Key Responsibilities

Full installation of kitchens and bathrooms in social housing properties
Plumbing, carpentry, tiling, basic plastering, and finishing works
Ensuring all work meets health & safety regulations and quality standards
Working efficiently to achieve daily/weekly targets
Communicating politely and professionally with tenants and site supervisors
Completing paperwork and job reports using handheld devices
Requirements

Proven experience as a kitchen and/or bathroom fitter
Multi-trade skills (plumbing, carpentry, tiling, patch plastering)
Good understanding of social housing environments
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent customer service skills
