About the Role

We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Electrical Improver to join our team on a commercial project in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable site experience while working alongside qualified electricians on a fast-paced, professional installation project.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting electricians with installation works on commercial systems

* Containment installation including tray, trunking, basket, and conduit

* Cable pulling, dressing, and terminating under supervision

* Assisting with lighting, power, and distribution installations

* Maintaining high standards of health and safety on site

* Keeping work areas clean and organised

Requirements

* Previous experience working as an Electrical Improver

* ECS / CSCS Card (Essential)

* IPAF beneficial

* Basic hand tools and PPE

* Good understanding of commercial electrical installations

* Ability to work well within a team

* Strong work ethic and reliability

Desirable (Not Essential)

* Working towards NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation

* IPAF or PASMA certification

* Previous commercial project experience
