Full‑time Plumber – Domestic Repairs & Maintenance

Paragon Resource Solutions, in partnership with a local housing authority, is recruiting a full‑time plumber for their domestic repairs and maintenance programme covering the Norwich area.

Pay: £22.00 CIS – temp‑perm role.

Carry out works such as installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures, and installing and assembling component parts and fittings.

Desired qualifications: full trade apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 with a relevant trade, or a proven track record reflecting appropriate trade experience in plumbing.

• Assess and carry out accurate planned repairs efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
• Manage customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner and coordinating with scheduling teams.

This is a mobile engineer role covering housing association properties in Norwich and surrounding areas. The candidate will need to drive to multiple job sites, all Norwich based. Own vehicle required. After 12 weeks, if the role becomes permanent, a company vehicle will be provided.
