Electrical Supervisor – Norfolk NR4 – £49,257
Location:
Norfolk NR4
Salary: £44,408-£49,257 per annum (dpe)
Shifts:
Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00
The Role
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor or Lead Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building maintenance provider at a large site in Norfolk NR4. This is a hands‑off role, overseeing a skilled engineering team, organising planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems within a modern commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitoring the facilities maintenance tasks of a large technical facilities team.
- Organising planned works and additional maintenance projects throughout the site.
- Contacting and coordinating specialist subcontractors for technical works.
- Work alongside mechanical and building services teams as part of a multi‑skilled maintenance operation.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site documentation.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
- Proven experience in a commercial building maintenance environment.
- Excellent fault‑finding skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- £44,408-£49,257 per annum (dpe)
- 08:00-16:00, Mon‑Fri (+ 1/9 weeks standby)
