About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Electrician to join a well-established organisation managing a large residential housing portfolio across Norfolk.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working across approximately (phone number removed) properties. The role involves carrying out a variety of electrical works within domestic properties, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations across residential housing stock
Diagnose faults and complete remedial works efficiently
Ensure full compliance with current electrical regulations and safety standards
Conduct inspections, testing, and certification where required
Deliver high-quality customer service within occupied properties
Maintain accurate records of all work completed
Adhere to all health & safety procedures

Call-Out Requirements

Participation in an on-call rota (1 week in every
8)
£150 standby payment per call-out week
Time and a half paid for any call-outs attended

Requirements

Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
Testing & Inspection qualification (preferred)
Experience working within domestic/residential environments
Full UK driving licence
Strong understanding of health & safety practices
Good communication and customer service skills
