Norfolk & Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust (NSFT) are looking for a skilled Carpenter/Joiner to join our existing multi-disciplinary professional maintenance team in providing a safe environment for all service users, staff and visitors across our Norfolk sitesbeing based in Norwich.

The successful candidate would be flexible, enthusiastic, self-motivated and confident in being part of a team that provides a comprehensive maintenance service in a unique and varied environment.
Main duties of the jobDuties & Responsibilities associated with this role include but are not limited to:
- Providing a comprehensive service toinclude all aspects of planned, routine and reactive maintenance
- Repair and maintenance of a wide range of building components on site
- Fault finding and diagnosis
- Routine inspections to ensure our estate is safe and fully compliant
- Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation

- Recognised and registered CITB minimum three year apprenticeship in Carpentry/Joinery
- C&G Certificate in Carpentry/Joinery
- Carpentry/Joinery Benchwork NVQ 3
- Full UK driving licence for ability to drive Trust vehicles
- City & Guilds Advanced Craft Certificate in Carpentry/Joinery
- BTEC, ONC in Building or equivalent
- Safety in the Use of Woodworking Machinery
- Two years relevant experience having demonstrated high technical versatility and flexibility
- Self-motivated, proactive and innovative.

£28,392 to £31,157 a yeargross per annum (pro rata)
