Insignis, acting for a Large Housing Association, is recruiting an experienced Carpenter-Multi for a full-time permanent role in the South Hampshire area, within the Empty Homes or Responsive Repairs Team. The role includes time on the road, with a van and fuel card provided.
Responsibilities include 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, installing windows and doors, UPVC servicing, locksmithing, fire door repairs, and fire-stopping works in line with regulations.
