BJF Group is seeking a hands-on Handyman to join our Facilities Management division in the Southeast Core team. You will conduct scheduled flushing of infrequently used water outlets and ensure Legionella control procedures are followed across our sites.
You will record activities in logbooks or CAFM systems, measure water temperatures, report defects, and support external water hygiene contractors while maintaining audit-ready compliance records and safe-working practices.
