CBRE Local UK in Bedford is recruiting an AC Engineer to join our facilities team. You will identify risks, manage on-site equipment, and ensure efficient operation through preventative maintenance, with a focus on VRV systems and F‑Gas handling.
Key requirements include F‑Gas City & Guilds qualification, strong HVAC maintenance experience, and a recognized apprenticeship. A Monday–Friday schedule with an on-call rotation and a company vehicle is provided.
