Smiths Detection is seeking an experienced Unified Communications Manager to own and support our global voice and telephony environment. This hands-on role combines enterprise telephony, call routing, contact centre technologies, supplier management, and cloud communications.
You will lead technical design and ensure reliability, security, and continuous improvement of voice platforms while collaborating with partners like AT&T, DXC, AWS, and telecom providers on a global scale.
