There are no overnight stays except for training requirements, and no call outs. Overtime is available but it's entirely voluntary.
Paid door to door, and paid lunch breaks.
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be tasked with delivering expert technical support and maintenance for our clients' garage equipment and automotive workshops. Your core responsibilities will include:
Diagnosing and repairing a broad range of garage equipment, including vehicle lifts, wheel balancers, tyre changers, and diagnostic tools.
Conducting scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure client equipment operates at peak performance and enjoys an extended lifespan.
Providing on-site training and support, guiding clients on the proper operation and upkeep of their machinery.
Keeping thorough records of all service activities and delivering detailed reports to the management team.
Collaborating with both sales and customer service teams to meet client needs and offer suggestions for equipment upgrades or replacements.
Experience
Required:
1-3 years of experience in servicing and repairing garage equipment.
Familiarity with various types of garage machinery such as lifts, tire changers, and diagnostic tools.
Applicants with either service or installation experience will be considered.
A strong willingness to learn and the ability to work independently.
Solid problem-solving skills combined with a practical approach.
A full UK Driving Licence.
Skills:
Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work both independently and as an integral part of a team.

Pay: £32,300.00-£40,000.00 per year
