TXP is seeking a Contract Team Leader to oversee ESEL installation projects across retail and supermarket sites in the UK.
You will lead installation teams on-site, allocate workloads, ensure safety and quality, train installers, perform quality checks, report daily, and act as the main point of contact for store management.
This field-based role is project-based with potential for ongoing contract work across multiple sites, offering exposure to large-scale retail deployments.
