We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative with a strong plumbing and carpentry bias to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity working across occupied and void properties, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to tenants.

The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of responsive repairs, void and planned maintenance, ensuring homes are maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires a flexible, multi-skilled approach with plumbing and carpentry as your core trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied and void properties.
• Complete plumbing and carpentry repairs to a high standard.
• Undertake additional multi-trade works including tiling, patch plastering, painting, decorating and general property maintenance.
• Support void refurbishment and planned maintenance programmes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and within agreed timescales.
• Maintain accurate records using handheld devices and mobile technology.
