Karbon Homes is recruiting three permanent electricians to its Property Services Team, placed in the KPS 54
North Homes Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes team. The work covers electrical installation and repairs in occupied and void homes, domestic and non-domestic, from minor fixes to major components. A company van, out-of-hours cover for extra pay and overtime set this post apart. A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Deliver all aspects of electrical works to a high standard
- Carry out work in occupied and void homes, domestic and non-domestic
- Complete repairs from minor fixes to installing major components
- Support a customer-first, continuously improving repairs service
- Take part in the out-of-hours repairs service
- Recognised trade apprenticeship or equivalent relevant experience
- Relevant electrical qualifications
- Experience of the electrical trade
- Skills to deliver electrical works across varied premises
- Customer service skills
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety
- Full UK driving licence
- Basic DBS check
- 26 days annual leave, rising to 31 after 3 years
