Responsibilities

  • Billing Specialist will create, update, and post daily invoices
  • Classify, verify, and log accounts payable information
  • Assess and input any additional charges or shipping details
  • Highlight and validate any pricing, promotional, or credit anomalies
  • Support daily billing operations
  • Address and rectify any discrepancies in client billing
  • Coordinate the billing process for various corporate clients
  • Maintain updated customer contact records
  • Resolve any account discrepancies, including issues with invoices
  • Uphold the confidentiality of organizational information
  • This is a non-supervisory role; additional related tasks might be required
Requirements
  • Experience in a billing or invoicing department
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and fair credit practices
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing financial records and calculations
  • Comfortable with MS Office suite, Quick Books, and SAGE Intacct
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service, precision, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills with both customers and team members

Pay range:
The lowest to highest compensation we reasonably, in good faith, believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
