Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $67,000.00 (including a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus)

We are seeking an Entry Level Payroll professional to join our team in Norwood, MA. This role offers an excellent opportunity to start a career in payroll and gain experience in a corporate accounting environment.

• Assist with processing payroll for associates
• Perform data entry of associate information, including new hires, terminations, and changes
• Prepare and process journal entries related to payroll transactions
• Assist with general ledger reconciliation for payroll accounts
• Support the accounts payable team by reviewing and processing invoices related to payroll expenses
• Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure accurate associate data and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with generating payroll reports and analyzing data for accuracy

• Proficiency in Quick Books or similar payroll software
• Basic understanding of human resources processes and procedures
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus
• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to perform 10-key typing efficiently and accurately
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, including general ledger reconciliation
• Familiarity with accounts payable processes is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
