• Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year

This is a hybrid remote role requiring three days in office.

• Managing the GL and close process
• External auditor coordination
• Tax compliance
• Establishing and maintaining financial controls with the accounting department.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports and risk analysis.
• Assessing current accounting operations and implementing new processes.
• Assist in preparation of budgets and financial forecasting.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, account reconciliations and select management reports.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
• Developing and monitoring business performance metrics.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of accounting software

• 8+ years corporate accounting experience
• BS in Accounting
• Management experience (3+ reports)
• GAAP and internal controls experience
• ERP experience – implementation experience ideal
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Inventory experience required

COMP: $160k - $200k Base
