Relief Administrative Assistant – Norwood CBHC
Riverside is seeking a Relief Administrative Assistant for our Norwood CBHC location. The Administrative Assistant provides general administrative assistance to Riverside consumers and clinic staff, including:
- Opening and closing the office
- Answering phones and making appointment reminder calls
- Greeting consumers and collecting co‑payments
- Entering billing and other data into the electronic health record
- Managing medical records, medical billing data, filing, copying, scanning, and supplies

Position Type: PRN |
Schedule: Relief hours available |
Pay Rate: $21.00 hourly
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1–2 years of administrative experience
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, reliable, responsible, and friendly
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and computer skills (including Microsoft Office) required
- Previous experience in a mental health or social services setting is preferred but not required
