Reliable Respiratory in Norwood, MA seeks an Oxygen Dispatch/Scheduling Assistant to support the Oxygen Department. You will help coordinate appointments and daily routes for Delivery Driver Technicians and Respiratory Therapists, handle customer communications, and process recurring orders.
The role is based in our Norwood office, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, customer-focused, able to work independently, and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
