Overview

Enterprise Mobility is seeking dedicated Automotive Detailers for full‑time and part‑time positions. The role pays $16 per hour with yearly merit increases based on performance. Full‑time employees work 40 hours per week; part‑time employees work 25 hours per week. The position is located at 602 Providence Highway, Norwood, MA 02062.

Schedule Availability Full Time
  • Monday: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
  • Saturday: 8:30 am – 1:30 pm
  • Additional day during the week (Wednesday or Thursday) to total 40 hours.
Part Time
  • Monday: 6:45 am – 5:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
  • Clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry‑standard protocols.
  • Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle’s exterior; work on cars of various sizes, including vans and trucks.
  • Check fuel level, warning lights, and windshield for damage; reset or restore vehicle settings; verify registration and license plate.
  • Check fluid levels, tire condition, pressure, and tread depth; inspect exterior for damage.
  • Fuel and stage vehicle.
  • Inspect vehicle for safety concerns; report warning lights and damage.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area; report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
  • Operate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors.
  • Assist customers when needed and may transport them to and from branches.
  • Help maintain overall site appearance, including cleaning of interiors and exteriors of branch locations.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Seek continuous improvement through self‑assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
  • Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
  • No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • At least 18 years old.
