Automotive Service Technician
Jack Madden Ford is looking for motivated and skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing team!

MONDAY TO FRIDAY NO WEEKENDS!!!!
What You'll Do- Perform accurate and efficient vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to Ford specifications.
- Inspect vehicles and identify additional repair or maintenance needs.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and technical resources to properly diagnose concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed.
- Follow dealership and manufacturer safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and other technicians to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Continue developing your technical skills and product knowledge.
- Automotive service experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to efficiently and accurately complete repairs.
- A commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ford experience and certifications are a plus, but we're interested in technicians with a wide range of automotive experience.
