Registry Coordinator

DCD Automotive/Nucar is currently looking to add an experienced Registry Coordinator to our ever growing team! The Registry Coordinator handles the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.

• Processes vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled.
• Submits all legal transfer paperwork to the Department of Motor Vehicles where applicable.
• Verifies that funds have been collected and the correct lienholder paid off before processing title applications.
• Checks for accuracy in the Title and Registration Application and ensures that all information is complete.
• Reports to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and provides a current list of outstanding titles to the controller at the end of the month.
• Assists in the renewal of lost dealer plates in conjunction with Controller and/or General Manager.
• Stays current and knowledgeable of title regulations. Attends seminars held by local licensing bureaus and any available training on title regulations.
• Prepares and files abatements as needed.

• CVR experience a plus
• At least 1 year of dealership registry experience preferred
• Must be able to read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing.
