In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and optimizing Moderna’s Maximo system, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency across site activities.
You will act as a key enabler of digital transformation, combining system expertise with AI-driven approaches to improve workflows and decision-making.
This is a hands-on, site-based role where precision, continuous improvement, and technical curiosity will directly support manufacturing and operational excellence.
Here’s What You’ll Do- Perform all work activities in full compliance with applicable SOPs
- Execute efficient and timely processing of work orders within the Maximo system
- Conduct regular updates and maintenance of Master Data within the Maximo database, ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Global Admin Team workload and system performance
- Provide troubleshooting support for Maximo-related issues, including facilitating daily office hours
- Lead and contribute to special projects related to the Maximo system and its evolving capabilities
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to drive process transformation initiatives, enabling more efficient, scalable, and data-driven operations
- Deliver technical training to users, enhancing adoption and effective utilization of Maximo
- Associate degree or certificate in science/technical field
- 2-3 years of experience in business administration, engineering, or a related field, with exposure to or hands‑on use of AI tools to support process improvements or transformation initiatives.
- This position is site-based, requiring you to be at Moderna’s site full‑time. This position is not eligible for remote work.
