Associate Director of Business Operations for Global Quality Control
leading governance, portfolio management, and strategic planning to enable disciplined execution across QC transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:- develop and maintain governance frameworks, operational KPIs, and performance reporting
- oversee cross-functional planning with Supply Chain, Engineering, Digital, and other departments
- prepare executive communications and strategic updates
- monitor portfolio risks, dependencies, and organizational priorities
- drive continuous improvement and digital initiatives, including compliance and cost efficiencies.
- Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Life Science, or related field
- 8+ years in business operations, manufacturing, strategy, or program management within regulated life sciences or biotech environments
- experience in establishing governance, portfolio management, and executive reporting
- strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
- focus on regulated manufacturing, digital transformation, strategic portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership within a biopharma setting.
- hybrid, based at Moderna with a 70/30 in-office model.
