Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Site Manager, Construction Manager/ Foreman
Responsibilities
- Help oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction sites.
- Monitor and coordinate subcontractors, labor crews, and materials.
- Ensure construction schedules are maintained and updated regularly.
- Conduct daily site inspections and enforce safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily logs, field reports, and RFIs.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, and architects.
- Coordinate site logistics and manage deliveries to minimize disruption.
- Work to resolve issues that may arise during construction in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a superintendent role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Local knowledge construction regulations and logistics is a plus.
$45.00/hr.
- $60.00/hr plus overtime opportunities
