Are you passionate about leading complex construction projects, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional results from project kickoff through final completion?

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects while helping drive the growth and success of our expanding operations. This role is ideal for a self-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple stakeholders, and takes ownership of project outcomes with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of residential and commercial construction projects from planning through final delivery.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, timelines, and resource plans to ensure successful project completion.
  • Monitor project performance, costs, and profitability while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure all project milestones, deliverables, and quality standards are achieved.
Site Operations & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and progress reviews to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate field activities to ensure efficient project execution and timely completion.
  • Review and approve project documentation, schedules, and operational updates.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, property owners, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all project participants to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities, work schedules, labor resources, and project requirements.
  • Build strong working relationships that support successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Operational Improvement & Growth
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance project execution, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
  • Support the growth of the construction division through improved workflows, project management practices, and operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize resource utilization, reduce project delays, and improve overall performance.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and scalability.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate project records, schedules, budgets, contracts, and status reports.
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, organized, and compliant with company requirements.
  • Track project performance metrics and support reporting on financial and operational outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL) or equivalent industry certification as required by applicable regulations.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience independently managing construction, restoration, renovation, or related projects.
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple projects while meeting schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and field operations effectively.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and profitability targets.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions in dynamic environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally to support project sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical certification, trade school training, or formal education in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience managing both residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Background in restoration, disaster recovery, specialty construction, or fast-paced project environments.
  • Knowledge of construction logistics, scheduling software, estimating, and project management tools.
  • Experience implementing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
