Producer, Creative Arts​/Media

The Producer works on client facing projects for event programs. This personis responsible forhandlinglogisticsas well as making sure project elements are delivered on time and on budget in conjunction with the core team. Projects will be assigned to be managedindependently,and the producer may also be asked to support a Senior Producer on more complex programs. As an externally facing team member, we look for accountable, driven, professional people who put client service and quality first.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills arerequiredfor this position. Our ideal candidate will have experience in both event and video projects from an agency or other production environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages all elements of Event, Speaker Support and Printprojects

• Strong financial management and budget creation experience required

• Creates and monitors timelines ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations areexceeded

• Attends client meetings, manages status reports and recordsnotes

• Maintains exceptional working relationship with clients and acts professionally in all interactions

• Leads a project team of production resources including freelance staff and vendors

• Creates and managesbudgets with input from Directors and Operations

• Selects and books any entertainment,actorsand voiceovertalent

• Supports on-site activities onsite for events

• Ensures the prompt andaccuratereconciliation following completion of a job with oversight from the assigned accountteam

• Submits time sheets, expense reports, and all administrative paperwork ina timely fashion

• Projects managed independently will be assigned based on experience and training

• Organized, detailorientedand responsible with a  get it done attitude

• College Degree

• 3-5years’er​elevant​experience required(Mid-level, individual contributor)

• Agencyexperience or related production experience required

• Travel for this position is required(Approximately 25-30%)

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; flexible

• Knowledge of video formats and experience with the production process

• SharePoint knowledge preferred

Compensation Range: $65-80K

This range reflects total target compensation for this position, including base salary and variable pay. Actual compensation may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education and other qualifications.
