They are looking for a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our office team in a part-time role that works perfectly for parents, students, or anyone looking for a consistent afternoon schedule.

• Flexible afternoon hours (2:00 PM – 6:00 PM) – perfect for working around family or other commitments

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and inquiries
• Book appointments and update the scheduling system
• Follow up with leads and past customers to generate bookings
• Deliver a warm, professional experience on every interaction
• Support the office team with administrative tasks as needed

• Friendly, positive phone presence and strong communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with computers and scheduling software
• Reliable and punctual
• Prior customer service or inside sales experience is a plus
