As an Account Representative / Customer Service Rep, youwill be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction by understanding and empathizing with client needs, effectively communicating solutions, and maintaining strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate information about products and services,processing orders, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Identify and prioritize customer issues, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
• Process orders, changes, and cancellations while keeping detailed records of all customer interaction sand actions taken.
• Collaborate with internal departments for unresolved issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in Datacor being a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong orientation towards service and critical thinking.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with active listening skills.
• Enjoy a standard indoor office setting with a flexible 4X1 hybrid schedule.
• Engage in activities that require sitting, keyboarding, speaking, and listening, ensuring effective communication and task management.
