Guide light Health is seeking an Education Facilitator to support adolescents in our PHP and IOP programs at the Norwood site, helping students stay on track with educational goals while receiving treatment.
This per diem role runs Monday through Friday from 12pm to 3pm (about 15 hours weekly), with opportunities to collaborate with therapists, counselors, and case managers to tailor curricula and monitor progress.
