Overview
At ADMET, our commitment to our customers lasts long after their machines ship. To strengthen this commitment, we are looking for a motivated Product / Validation Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be detailed and process-oriented, possessing a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical engineering. You will be responsible for performing critical quality control tests to ensure our equipment meets the highest standards of quality and satisfies all customer requirements prior to deployment.
Responsibilities- Quality Control: Inspect and evaluate test systems to ensure full compliance with product specifications and ADMET quality standards.
- Application Validation: Validate system performance against specific customer application requirements to guarantee proper functionality prior to final shipment.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the technical reference for electro-mechanical and hydraulic systems, helping cross-functional teams resolve complex customer issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide actionable feedback to production and engineering teams regarding product performance to drive ongoing quality and design enhancements.
The role will report directly to ADMET s EVP, and work cross-functionally with others in production, engineering, field service, and marketing positions. Your success will be measured by your impact on product quality, your ability to minimize support issues and maximize customer success, and your support of our organizational technical capabilities.
Qualifications- Bachelor s degree (BS) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of related engineering or technical work experience
- Demonstrated strong background in mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical engineering
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
- Comfort in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment
- Aptitude for understanding both internal and external (customers) processes
- Eagerness to build deep technical expertise across various ADMET systems
- Work Type: Full-time in-person at ADMET s facility in Norwood, MA
- Benefits: Health insurance, tax-deferred retirement plan, paid holidays, and vacation days
- Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 USD per year, plus monthly performance-based bonus
