Tax Accountant
Our client, a leading technology advisory firm, is seeking a Part-Time Payroll Specialist to manage bi-weekly payroll processes for U.S. and Canadian employees. This role requires experience with payroll systems, tax compliance, and attention to detail. While mostly remote, occasional in-office visits to Norwood, MA are a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities- Process bi-weekly payroll for U.S. and Canadian teams.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including new hires and adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and provincial tax regulations.
- Handle payroll-related tax filings and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate data processing.
- Support year-end reporting and tax filing processes.
- 7+ years of payroll experience.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) required.
- Knowledge of U.S. state and Canadian provincial tax regulations strongly preferred.
