Head of Finance

Overview

We are partnering with a company in Norwood, MA who is looking to add a Head of Finance to their team. This role will lead the global finance function, partner with executive leadership and investors, and drive financial strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while ensuring strong financial performance and operational controls.

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across the organization
• Present financial results and key metrics to investors and executive leadership
• Oversee the month-end close process and ensure timely financial reporting
• Manage and analyze financial performance across global operations
• Drive cost control initiatives and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies
• Monitor and improve cash conversion and working capital performance
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and enhance financial reporting and dashboards using Power BI
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and business growth initiatives

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment required
• Strong financial planning, analysis, and forecasting experience
• Experience presenting financials to investors and executive stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of financial reporting and performance metrics
• Positive attitude with strong leadership and business partnering skills
