Automotive Finance Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance department, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our customers while maximizing profitability.

You will work closely with sales staff, financial institutions, and customers to deliver exceptional service and support.

• Manage all aspects of automotive financing, including loan applications, credit evaluations, and contract processing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and finance companies to secure competitive rates for customers.
• Train and support sales staff on finance products and compliance requirements.
• Review and explain financing options and terms to customers clearly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to automotive finance and insurance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase finance and insurance penetration.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to finance transactions.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager or similar role in a dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance products, credit analysis, and lending procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing automotive financing.
• Proficiency with finance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
