• Lead finance-focused Epicor Kinetic projects and process improvements.
• Optimize gross margin reporting, material variance analysis, and standard product costing.
• Improve month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Support overhead rate calculations and cost accounting processes.
• Enhance cash management, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable workflows.
• Manage budgeting, capital budgeting, and capital expenditure approval processes.
• Support precious metal inventory and accounting from procurement through production and scrap.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to improve Epicor Kinetic functionality and reporting.
• Collaborate on MES and manufacturing finance initiatives.

• 5+ years of Epicor ERP / Kinetic functional experience with a strong focus on Financials.
• Deep understanding of GL, AP, AR, Cost Accounting, Standard Costing, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience improving finance business processes within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and cross‑functional communication skills.
• Experience with Epicor Kinetic is required.

A functional Epicor finance expert who understands both ERP configuration and manufacturing finance processes, with a proven ability to lead business process improvements and ERP optimization initiatives.
