Responsibilities- Support and prepare key business analytics
- Support annual operating budgets/future forecasting
- Weekly reporting on key performance metrics to the field
- Gathering and maintaining requested information for 3rd parties
Skills and Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical and organization skills
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and take on more tasks as they come
- Ability to think outside the box, true analytical thinker, not just process follower
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Experience1 – 3 years previous experience in a similar role. Experience in Senior Housing/Residential Real Estate preferred.
Computer Skills- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with adaptative tools preferred
- Ability to quickly grasp new software, e.g., payroll platforms, and Yardi Systems

1 – 3 years of experience in a similar role. Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with payroll platforms and Yardi Systems. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
