Part time on call position to train and implement Nova Biomedical Stat Strip meters. Glucose Training Specialists will be responsible for training end users on the proper use and care of the Stat Strip system. Additional responsibilities include documenting end user training and certifying the end user has demonstrated core competencies associated with the Stat Strip system. Training specialists will also assist in 'go live' dates and assist in deployment and testing of the meters.

What you’ll doThis part‑time, temporary, on‑call position will be performing clinical training services at hospitals throughout the United States in support of our expanding Stat Strip bedside glucose hospital product line. In this contracted position, successful candidates will be offered opportunities to travel to customer sites and train end users on the Stat Strip system as part of a team of onsite trainers.
Qualified candidates will be field‑trained to become trainers on the Stat Strip system. Contracted training specialists will be responsible for training hospital end users on the proper use of the Stat Strip system. Additional responsibility includes documenting end‑user training and certifying that the end user has demonstrated core competencies associated with the use of the Stat Strip system.
This candidate must have hospital glucose testing experience as a qualified healthcare professional (RN, LPN, Medical Technologist, Medical Laboratory Technologist), have basic computer skills, strong presentation skills, a flexible schedule (or are semi‑retired and would like to keep your hands in a clinical hospital setting), and are able to travel via air for 2‑7 day assignments and some weekends. Ability to present company‑reviewed content completely and consistently over numerous classes.
Also, must be able to assist in "Go‑live" activities which require the GTS to travel throughout the hospital. RN, LPN, Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technologist. Proven ability to present information in a professional engaged manner.
