This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide/Caregiver, located in Norwood, MA. The role involves providing personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. The Home Health Aide/Caregiver will also support clients' emotional and social well-being through compassionate communication and companionship, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

• Practical experience and skills in Caregiving, Home Care, and Elder Care.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to show empathy, patience, and effective communication.
• Knowledge and experience in Personal Care, including assistance with daily living activities such as hygiene and mobility support.
• Ability to work independently while showing dedication to quality care and attention to detail.
• Physically capable of assisting clients with mobility and other physical needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; professional training or certification in home health care is a plus.
• Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare support is an advantage.
