What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Support Quality Testing:
    Perform in-process and release testing for raw materials, drug substance, and mRNA drug products.
  • Drive Excellence:
    Utilize your investigation skills to identify issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate & Mentor:
    Work with development groups on method transfers (including sequencing and qPCR) and act as a mentor/OJT trainer for the QC Bioassay staff.
  • Ensure Compliance:
    Maintain laboratory systems in accordance with cGMP requirements and follow strict Good Documentation Practices.
  • Operational Support:
    Assist with equipment qualification, write/revise SOPs, and represent the team in the absence of management.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
  • Education:

    A BS in a relevant scientific discipline, such as Biochemistry.
  • Experience:

    2+ years of professional experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding (or aptitude to learn) GxP regulations (GMP, GLP, PCR).
  • Mindset: A "Bold, Relentless, Curious, and Collaborative" approach to solving complex problems.
