About the OpportunityOur client is seeking a Clinical Product Manager (Osmometers) to join a global clinical business team within a rapidly growing life sciences organization. This individual will operate as the business owner for a flagship product portfolio, managing strategy, performance, and long-term growth across global markets.
This role functions as a “mini-CEO” of the product line responsible for driving market leadership, identifying next-generation innovation opportunities, and ensuring continued commercial success. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities Voice of the Customer- Serve as the primary advocate for customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Gather and translate customer insights into actionable product and business strategies.
- Ensure customer feedback informs innovation from product launch through end-of-life planning.
- Define market and user requirements through direct engagement with clinical and point-of-care environments.
- Partner closely with R&D to convert insights into product specifications and feature priorities.
- Support pricing strategy development aligned with customer value and market positioning.
- Develop and execute long-term (5-year) product strategies and ROI-driven roadmaps.
- Build business cases in collaboration with Finance and cross-functional leadership.
- Drive initiatives that expand adoption and maximize market penetration.
- Develop compelling product positioning and value propositions.
- Create customer personas and address adoption barriers proactively.
- Support successful global product launches and commercialization efforts.
- Conduct market sizing, share analysis, and industry research to identify growth opportunities.
- Perform competitive analysis and develop differentiation strategies.
- Equip commercial teams with insights and tools to strengthen market positioning.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including new product introduction, enhancements, and planned obsolescence.
- Analyze win/loss data and market performance trends.
- Maintain deep subject‑matter expertise across the product portfolio.
- 2–5 years of product management experience, ideally supporting medical devices or systems used in hospital core laboratories.
- Demonstrated experience managing products across the full lifecycle.
- Direct exposure to hospital laboratory workflows and clinical environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
