As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in our rehabilitation services team. Principal Responsibilities:

• Perform treatments and exercises to help patients recover from illnesses and injuries

• Develop personalized treatment plans using various treatment techniques

• Prescribe medications to relieve pain and increase mobility

• Teach patients exercise techniques to improve their health

• Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms

• Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop individualized treatment plans

• Coach patients and teach them therapeutic massage techniques

• Maintain patient records and utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions

• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly

• Evaluate treatment outcomes and make referrals as necessary

• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts State Licensure

• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist

• Ability to supervise and support physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and/or students

• Adherence to Company required policy and procedures and code of conduct
