Banquet Wait Staff

Four Points by Sheraton seeks Banquet Wait Staff to deliver warm, efficient service for meetings, weddings, and special events in our Food & Beverage Operations team. You will set up and break down banquet rooms, provide professional food and beverage service, and uphold Marriott standards for cleanliness, timing, and guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event orders and brand standards
• Provide prompt, courteous food and beverage service throughout events
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, equipment, and tables
• Coordinate with kitchen and banquet captain to ensure on-time courses and smooth event flow
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
• Respond to guest requests and resolve minor issues quickly and professionally
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and linen/supply handling
• Support a safe work environment by following Marriott and hotel policies
