Talent Manager, HR Manager
Pay Range: $144,000/yr. — $173,000/yr. based on experience and qualifications
The Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to our corporate leadership and a trusted advocate for employees within a 400 person manufacturing organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to align people’s strategies with business objectives, building a culture of accountability, performance, and engagement.
The Senior Manager plays a critical role in organizational transformation, workforce strategy, and talent development, while ensuring employee relations practices are fair, consistent, and compliant. The HRBP operates with both a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, supporting leaders as coach, consultant, and change agent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Business Partnership & Leadership- Serve as the primary HR advisor to corporate leadership, translating business goals into aligned talent and workforce strategies.
- Provide counsel on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness.
- Partner with HR leadership to ensure enterprise initiatives are aligned and executed consistently across the organization.
- Lead complex employee relations matters, including investigations, performance issues, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor practices, and company policies, reducing risk through proactive guidance.
- Coach leaders on appropriate employee actions and sound decision-making while maintaining fair and consistent practices.
- Guide leaders on performance management, career development, and talent assessment.
- Identify training needs and partner with managers to build leadership and technical capability
- Support compensation planning, job architecture, and talent reviews for corporate teams.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to elevate corporate talent
- Act as a change Manager and influencer, supporting organizational transformation and culture initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to foster employee engagement, collaboration, and positive accountability.
- Drive initiatives that enhance talent retention, team effectiveness, and employee experience.
- Analyze trends and metrics (turnover, engagement, performance) to identify risks and opportunities.
- Develop solutions, programs, and strategies grounded in data and business insight.
- Continuously improve HR processes to support operational excellence and scalability.
- Other Duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR or related field preferred (advanced degree a plus).
- 7 years of progressive HR experience; prior HRBP experience required.
- Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish required.
- Manufacturing, operations, or CPG experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading change initiatives and culture transformation programs.
- Strong employee relations expertise in environments with hourly and professional work forces.
- High business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Exceptional communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to cultivate a collaborative team environment
