WHAT YOU'LL DOAs the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition leader responsible for both personally driving recruiting execution and building a high-performing, scalable Talent Acquisition function over time. You will drive full-cycle recruiting across the organization while partnering with business leaders to establish talent strategies, strengthen hiring practices, build recruiting infrastructure needed to support BOND’s growth.
You will bring deep recruiting expertise, strong business partnership, and a data-driven, innovative approach to attracting, assessing, and closing exceptional talent.
- Personally own and execute full cycle recruitment for roles across the organization.
- Set the standard for recruiting excellence: sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, assessment rigor, and closing.
- Maintain hands-on market expertise by actively recruiting on a select portfolio, ensuring you deeply understand talent availability, compensation dynamics, and competitive positioning for BOND.
- Lead major cross-functional/subsidiary hiring initiatives and surge efforts for BOND - batch days, high-volume campaigns, and ramp-to-milestone sprints - acting as the single-threaded owner for program execution.
- Manage the early career program to include college recruiting and outreach partnerships.
- Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting strategy across the organization, scaling hiring efforts across multiple disciplines, functions, and geographies.
- Define and execute the vision for a high-performing, scalable Talent Acquisition function, raising the bar for hiring excellence across the organization.
- Embed Talent Acquisition as a strategic driver of business success, ensuring alignment on hiring priorities and workforce plans.
- Build and manage recruiting metrics and reporting infrastructure to track pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
- Own and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including configuration, integrations, workflow design, reporting, and ongoing enhancements.
