We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM) solutions. This role partners closely with business leaders, technical teams, and end users to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that align with organizational goals and drive operational excellence.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end D365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Lead the optimization and stabilization of D365 SCM modules to ensure alignment with business processes and objectives.
- Configure and customize D365 functionality, including workflows, reports, and dashboards, to meet specific business needs.
- Integrate D365 with other enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow and process automation.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to end users to ensure effective adoption and utilization.
- Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements as needed.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, Finance, and Operations to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support multiple locations, with occasional day travel as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Strong expertise in D365 SCM modules, including inventory management, procurement, master planning, and logistics.
- Solid understanding of system integrations and data migration; experience with Power BI and the Power Platform is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate or similar certifications preferred.
