Service Desk​/Asset Management Technician

• Working with Service Now
• Working with asset/inventory management (monitors, phones, docking stations, etc.) - packing, shipping, tracking for new hires and storage of equipment.
• Working with break/fix scenarios
• Experience with help desk trouble shooting
• Understanding of Windows
• Service Now
• Break/Fix
• Windows/PC at core level
• Spatial Reasoning (packaging laptops)

• 3 weeks PTO + 5 sick days
• Quarterly outings
