Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain automated workflows across core systems including Paycor, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Encompass, and other approved enterprise platforms.
  • Design and support automations using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Celigo, scripting, and AI‑assisted configuration techniques.
  • Support employee lifecycle automation including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding by configuring workflows for access, permissions, and license assignment in coordination with Infrastructure & Security.
  • Translate documented business processes and requirements into working, production‑ready automations.
  • Partner with Business Architecture & Reporting to implement future‑state process designs while adhering to technical and operational standards.
  • Support integration configurations using approved connectors and tools, without owning core APIs or integration architecture.

  • Provide operational support appropriate for a 24x5 business environment, including occasional off‑hours support for business‑critical issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience building and supporting workflow automation in an enterprise environment.
  • Working familiarity with structured data formats (e.g., JSON) sufficient to understand, adapt, and support automation workflows, often leveraging AI and low‑code platforms.
  • Experience with automation and orchestration tools such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Celigo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of identity, access, and lifecycle concepts (users, groups, permissions).
