The RoleYou will be the glue that holds our most ambitious digital projects together. Supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects, you’ll ensure we stay on track, within scope, and aligned with our strategic priorities. This is a fast-paced environment where your organizational mastery will directly impact our ability to deliver for patients.
What You’ll Do- Lead Execution: Manage AI, automation, and digital transformation projects from conception to measurable outcome.
- Bridge the Gap: Translate complex business requirements into structured project plans in partnership with Data Science and Engineering teams.
- Drive Alignment: Define goals, roles, and responsibilities across stakeholders to ensure everyone is pulling in the same direction.
- Monitor & Mitigate: Proactively identify risks and dependencies, driving resolutions before they become roadblocks.
- Governance & Clarity: Lead meetings, document decisions, and maintain real-time dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Optimize Processes: Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization to make our internal ways of working even more scalable.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience delivering AI/ML or advanced analytics solutions in production environments.
- Influence: A proven ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience in Biotech, Pharma
, or other highly regulated industries. - An analytical mindset with a "solutions-oriented" approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to pivot quickly in an evolving, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills—you can talk "tech" with engineers and "strategy" with executives.
