Conducting client meetings from initial consultations, design, signings, and funding; drafting estate planning documents that include revocable and irrevocable trusts involving estate tax minimization, asset protection, long-term care planning, and special needs planning; preparing Mass Health and VA eligibility opinion letters; managing Mass Health applications, renewals and appeals; filing probates, guardian ships and conservatorships (including attending court hearings), completing estate tax returns, trust accountings, and estate accountings;
advising clients on various issues relating to advanced tax planning; preparing trust funding recommendations and working with financial advisors on funding completion.
The ideal candidate for this job is client-centered, a team player, organized, and thorough.
Qualifications- Admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Experience in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and/orelder law

18 days of PTO, with an extra week of paid leave for the week of the 4 th of July
